Scared to have sex while pregnant.

I’ve had multiple miscarriages and after multiple IVF attempts we are finally pregnant. I am scared to move a muscle let alone have sex with my husband. He has not pressured me in any way shape or form but obviously with about 12 months of no sex upcoming Is going to take a toll on him. He does LOVE hand jobs with lube 🤣 which is what I’ve been doing in replacement of sex but am I an awful wife for putting him through this no sex thing because of my mental state? Aside from this we cuddle and shower together still etc I’m just scared of penetration.
