Ttc after birth control

So I stopped taking my birth control about 3 weeks ago. I had been on it since December 2021. I haven’t gotten my period yet and feel extremely nauseous all day everyday and have a pounding headache all day for the past week or so on and off. I’m extremely bloated too. I took 3 tests and they were all negative. I want another baby so bad. 😩 I’ve lost 140 lbs to get healthy and have another healthy pregnancy. Wondering if anyone else experienced anything like this?
