Pregnancy puke
Ever wonder what your throw up is sometimes? I just threw up at 3am last thing I ate was a burger at 5pm yesterday. I could swear I saw pineapple chunks and carrots. I didn't inspect so I have no earthly idea what it was. Usually I throw up straight acid in the morning so it was new there being food.
