Missed miscarriage at 8 weeks

Hi ladies, we went in for our 8 week ultrasound Tuesday and were told there was no longer a heart beat. The craziest part for me was I had no bleeding and no symptoms so to be told our baby hadn't made it was a lot. To be honest I'm devastated 💔 😞 and completely heart broken. We got pregnant using iui on our first round so that was a blessing. We had a 6 week ultrasound and saw the heartbeat it was beautiful. I called it my lil bean and my husband stuck with chocolate chip. We were truly over the moon as it was our first pregnancy. I have a D & C tomorrow and right now I still kind of feel like I'm in shock. The other day after a nap I woke up and thought it was just a bad dream. Any hopeful stories and kind words are truly appreciated right now.
