Weight gain

Hey everyone! I’m 35w4d with my first baby. My starting weight was 124 and I am 5’7”. I’m up to 169. I am by no means perfect but I’ve been active throughout pregnancy by walking and just in general working around the house all day. I mainly eat healthy and my eating was very healthy throughout pregnancy until more recently. Again, im not perfect but I feel like I’ve been better than most. Im just worried at this rate im going to gain 50+ pounds. I have pcos so im worried I won’t be able to lose the weight 😔 I’ve been so insecure about this and I’ve been crying about it every night, plus the hormones don’t help. Has anyone experienced this and what was your experience like losing the weight after pregnancy? Especially if you have pcos?!
