Laying down after progesterone suppositories?
I’m 5 weeks pregnant and taking progesterone suppositories. So far so good but I try to lay on my back with my knees up as long as I can after inserting them to ensure good absorption. But I’ve also heard it’s not good to lie on your back while pregnant. Is this safe? How long is too long to lie on my back after insertion?
