Weight loss & pregnancy
Hello!! So before anyone jumps on me I would like to say I am 140 pounds and I know that’s not a crazy weight, it’s pretty average… however I know my body and this is too much weight. It was not gained in a healthy way, I have a crazy amount of inflammation and it’s causing a lot of joint pain and aches. SO onto my question, I know my best weight is about 125-130…usually to drop weight I’d just love on chicken, quinoa and veggies for three weeks however I’m not sure if this is safe while trying to conceive. Can you guys please share your experience with losing weight will pregnant or trying to conceive
