Period and COVID (TMI just in case)

Hi so I was curious if anyone has had COVID and has also been on their period at the same time? From what I've looked up being sick in general and being on your period can mess with the flow and length of time of your period. This may be a bit TMI but I've been having diarrhea more recently too, and pretty bad, and my cramps are super bad too. I am some what kinda recovering from COVID. I still get headaches, i can't exactly smell or taste yet (they are very faint scenes and the taste or smell of something has to be super strong) and my throat hurts in the morning. I have noticed my period is a bit heavier than usual so I think it may have something to do with being sick but does anyone have any advice or tips to ease the cramps and the diarrhea?? (AGAIN SORRY FOR THE TMI)
