Could this be labor?

Saturday night contractions started in my belly pretty bad. Then Sunday it moved to my back I took Tylenol to see if it was just back pain or contractions but it didn't help. Now today it feels like right before you get your period ( if that makes sense) like heavy pressure and super uncomfortable. Could this be the start of labor im only 36 weeks ?

Most likely Braxton Hicks. With my first I knew I was in labor because the pain was unbearable. I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t walk, literally nothing would ease the pain and as time went by it got worse and worse. So I went to the hospital and sure enough I was in labor. I have  also heard everyone’s labor is different . You can always go to the hospital and have them monitor your contractions if you want a definitive answer.

Have a hot bath and see if that helps, if it’s false or Braxton hicks(or just muscle cramping) the hot water will ease it. If it’s actual labour starting up it will help it move along and help with discomfort.

Basically I've been living like this for 2 weeks straight. 😣 a lot of false labor pains and I havent found much that alieves it. Since there isn't a cyclic pattern and my water hasn't broken I've been waiting at home but being seen by obgyn on regular basis. Already 80% effaced and 3 cm dilated but no consistent progression. Its my first so it maybe a lone time coming. Currently 35 weeks
