Fussy baby

My baby is only 19 days old, and the past few days he's been really fussy. He will scream at the top of his lungs and turn red. Usually the only way to stop it is by feeding him. Should a newborn be eating 3+4+ oz? He does. If we don't feed him that much he goes crazy. But the past few days he's been extra fussy. It's making me so nervous. Normally after full stomach and diaper change he'll sleep for 3 hours. Not lately. Exhausted and concerned mom :( super regretful I gave him hepb vax. Now I'm reading it may cause colic :(
