Pregnant?? Not Pregnant

So my actual period was not supposed to be in-till September 13. I started having spotting September 6 all the way up until the 12th September 9 I bled a little bit more but it did not fill a pad.

I’ve had two successful pregnancy I have two kids one is 3 1/2 and my other child is 13 months old .

My first Child I Bled four days before my period

My second child I started bleeding on my period for seven days. Ended up pregnant !

Now I’ve never had a period come early.

The day that I was supposed to get my period I did test on the 13th. It came back with slight pink line.

I have contacted my dr I did get blood work today to check my hCG levels.

She saying A you’re pregnant very early

B you had a miscarriage

C I had a chemical pregnancy

So has anything had this happen to them . My back is hurting still up to now .

I had a sore stomach entire time I was spotting and my hips were also sore

Last time I had sex was the 21 st

I m happy but I’m not expecting this also. As you can tell me and hubby don’t have much time for are selves because we have two kids and always tired . I do school full time / run my first daughter to school twice a week and soccer and gymnastics and it just goes on he works more then 40 + hurs .
