Please HELP

Hi ladies! So I just had a baby in May and haven’t had a period since having her which I’m thinking was from breastfeeding. I had unprotected sex on August 9th so about a month now. I’ve been cramping so bad but nothing for over a week and decided to test. My only question is would it be possible to get this faint of a line this late?
