High Prolactin under 18yrs

Hi ladies,

My sister’s daughter is 17yrs now. She was having irregular periods from long time. But from last 2 cycles her periods were normal. But her dr found that she has High Prolactin levels which is 35. She tested twice in last 3 months both time it came high levels.

Now dr recommended her to endocrinologist. And said she might need to do MRI.

Has anyone experienced same ? And how did they treated it ? Is this range prolactin turns out to be tumor ? We are really worried please share your experience if anyone have gone through same situation
