Needing help

I’m over it! Please someone shine a little light my direction. This past year I’ve struggled to conceive and here is why… I can’t seem to figure out what’s going on… I’ve gone several months without any sign of a period. My last period happed back on April 6th- 9th. We are now in the month of September and I started a light period this week. I have gone several times to the doctors and all they can recommend is a low dose of birth control to help regulate my hormones! I’m not interested… I want to Have a BABY! I’m not interested in preventing. How can you tell when ovulation is taking place if you can’t even predict when your cycle is coming… I have always been irregular and struggled with conception. Anyone else struggle and have suggestions ?
