I’m usually a shy person and don’t know how to say no😭 but someone came up to me said hi idk if he wanna be friends or more. I gave me snap to him. This was at school also. I’m fine with being friends but I’m not interested in him but he gave me vibes that’s he’s interested in me.

Don’t tell someone off unless you’re sure he’s interested 
It would look really bitchy if you randomly said “Uhm I’m not interested” meanwhile he just wanted to be friends lol 
If you’re 100% sure and he’s asking you on a date or something, that’s when you’d say “I don’t want to lead anyone on so I just want to make sure I’m clear when I say I’m not looking to be romantic. I’m down to hangout as friends but don’t want anything more”

Pump the breaks. He said HI and now your jumping to him wanting more?! What?! Maybe he wants to be friends.  Just tell him "I am not interested in anything except friendship"
