3hour glucose advice

I have a 3 hour glucose test on Friday. I’ve done the one hour 4x and threw up every single time. The one time I was able to get my blood drawn they gave me a 100g instead of the 50 so they had to throw it out 🤦🏻‍♀️ my doctor gave me promethazine and Zofran to help keep it down but I honestly feel like it’s the whole fasting part that’s getting to me. Any tips ? 😭 I really want to pass, my dad has diabetes and I really hope I don’t ..
