I change my daughter every 1-2 hours with the slightest

bit of wet used all the rash creams you could think of from least pricey to most pricey between 0-4 weeks iv been trying nothing helps!  
Please don't mom shame me !! I'm trying I'm really trying

Before you jump to changing diapers (though definitely an option), is your baby jaundice? Not sure the age of your child, but I thought I’d throw this out there. My pediatrician warned us that bilirubin poop can irritate baby’s butt and cause the skin to peel (basically super salty poop sitting on skin, ouch). My daughter was prescribed a diaper cream. 
A quick on hand solution to try, pepto (the pink tummy stuff). Use a cotton ball and dab a thick layer over the infected area. It’s the only thing that worked on stubborn diaper rash for my sisters and my nephews! Pediatrician approved

Baby Benadryl.your child needs to have allergy testing done. Clearly can tell your child has a really bad allergy to whatever you're using on his bottom. You need to stop using everything use on him because that is a really bad allergy. Need to call your doctor an see if they can find you a allergist doctor for babies .everything you've used on him the last 72 hours you need to bring with you so that they can test all the stuff.

Overcharging you baby can be a huge problem to. By regularly wiping the skin you aren’t letting it heal. Someone else mentioned this but do a layer of diaper cream, layer of aquaphor, layer of corn starch. Only wipe completely clean if baby poops other wise just pat urine dry reapply corn starch and new diaper. Once a day warm wash cloth to remove it all and restart. This gives the skin time to rebuild.

I used L'BRI Deep Pore freshener & their Aloe Vera on my sons diaper rashes. Such great products for his rashes and it went away within 2days. All natural products and so worth giving it a try

I can't really recommend a diaper rash cream because with both my kids I went through at least 6 to 10 to find out what would work for them for my first 1 only thing that would work was anyting with aloe in it works amazing for her and for my second the only thing that ever work for her is the purple Desitin every baby is different I would suggest if you are using Huggies to stop they can cause chemical burns my first had it and I switching over to Pampers and never had a problem you may have to switch the type of diaper that she has two maybe an organic or a diaper that doesn't use any chemicals in it

When my baby had a terrible rash I used butt paste and then aquafor on top of it (or put the aquafor on the inside of the diaper). Takes a few days but it cleared up. If you are changing that often there is something else going on (diaper brand, dietary, medication,etc).

Hi,
My 1st son only had a little soreness when he was teething that was 15yrs ago and my 2nd son so far hasn't had any(his 5mths now) therefore my personal recommendation is a very simple and inexpensive one. 
Vaseline acts as a barrier on your baby's skin allowing the skin to repair. Just apply to skin after each change (which doesn't need to be so often if just a little wet)
Also maybe worth thinking about changing your diaper brand(if you haven't already).
