Beauty experts: How to make my makeup last all day

I'm having a hard time making makeup last on my face all day. I see a lot of women who wear it all day and they still look flawless and I just look like an oily mess. I have done so much research on what I need to do, what I'm doing wrong etc. I just can't seem to get a matte look all day. I wash my face in the morning and evening. In the daytime I use Cera ve oily to normal skin and at night I use Clean and Clear night relaxing wash. I was using Cera Ve only but after doing more research for oily skin, I found a night wash. I use a toner and Neutrogena hydro boost serum and water gel moisturizer. At night I use a retinol cream. I was using sunscreen but no matter which brand I used my face was very oily. I exfoliate a couple times a week.

When I put my makeup on I use a NYX shine killer primer, Maybelline fit me matte foundation, concealer, NYX matte finish setting spray and Maybelline powder. I was using a matte foundation called IL Makiage for some time but it's very expensive but I really like the Maybelline and it's very close to what I was using before.

I'm not as oily as I was before I switched to Neutrogena hydro boost but I'm still having issues. I look great first thing in the morning but I do notice by mid day I can see that my makeup in my t zone has gone. It used to be that my entire face would absorb the makeup but now it's just my t zone unless it's very hot out then it's my entire face. I don't know what else to do or what I'm doing wrong.

I have changed products many times, I have cut down on the number of products I use, I have also mixed my setting spray in with my foundation, primer and setting powder but nothing seems to work. I've even used blotting papers. I'm always on the go for work and it seems that's when my makeup starts to melt away. When it's hot I'm sweating hard and it ruins me. Any tips?
