Mucous Plug?

I've been looking bits of my plug since about 20w every time I had sex, so it didn't phase me too much, but this week I've been losing pretty big chunks of it without sex. There's no blood or anything in it, but its every day now. Only Braxton Hicks contractions at this point, but lightning crotch is getting more intense.

I'm 36+0... Just wondering for anyone who might have had their baby already or is on their 2nd 3rd 4th child etc how long before you gave birth did you start losing bits of the plug?

I don't feel ready to have this baby yet so I'm hoping I still get my 4 weeks 😂😂! Any advice?
