Pink CM 7 dpo

Hey guys! I have been having pink CM after I wipe the past couple of days along with light cramping and lower back pain. My cervix is nice and high when I have checked my cervical mucus. Has anyone had a similar experience? Could these be implantation symptoms? I should be around 7 dpo.
