Bottle aversion!!!!! Please help!!!!

My daughter is EBF. She started to refuse the bottle when she turned 3months old. I saw a LC and she told me that I have to leave her with someone for a long period of time in order for her to take the bottle. Did this method work for any of you mamas? If not, what method did you guys use? Keep in mind I’m already back to work (still working from home). I’d rather be prepared before we get told to go back to the office.
