does anyone know why this is?

A got this bad breakout about a mouth ago I’ll been told it was heat rash , acne all kind of thing wondering if anyone on here had this type of break out before and what did you did? And also what do you think it is?

So you need to go talk to your doctor and see if you can get tested for allergies. That could all be allergic reaction to the Sun or to sunscreen or products you put on your hand or body.

Looks like shingles me, the little blistery spots. You need to go see your doctor because if it is then they will prescribe antibiotics. As they don’t always go away on their own. 
You can get shingles when you are feeling stressed, run down or low immune system. They can be quite painful, sometimes itchy (but that’s more in the healing process)
