Getting married in November! Never had sex and I want it to be enjoyable and fun. Just curious yalls experiences.

My partner and I literally did oral and manual stimulation for years before we tried penetration (lived unmarried with his super religious parents and didn’t want to have sex without protection, but would have been screamed at had they found condoms) and honestly it’s probably the best thing for us. So I guess my recommendation is, get to know each others bodies, explore, communicate, enjoy the sensation of being touched by your favorite person, and when you feel relaxed and aroused enough to try, THEN attempt penetration. There’s no “right time,” it’s all about the two of you and when you feel comfy and ready. Don’t let anyone pressure you to do PIV sex the very first night, or even the second or third! If you’re into it and wanna try, that’s totally great, but if you have reservations, it’s not anyone’s place but yours to decide if you’re ready. Maybe get some lube for the first time, and remember that it’s supposed to be fun for both of you, so HAVE FUN! ♥️

It didn't really hurt, just uncomfortable and a new sensation. If that makes sense. Nothing about any of it felt good. We were both first timers and it was just awkward and fumbling and there was definitely no orgasm on my part. I don't blame him for that though. Just not knowing my own body and exploring something new. It was more fun than it was *good* you know.

Don’t let it scare you. I held on to my virginity until I was 20, and it was not painful when my hymen broke, but was more of a strange pressure. Pain during sex is more often associated with dryness or friction, and to avoid that, I would purchase some water-based lube. Don’t use silicone-based, as it can cause the sensitive tissue in or around the entire vagina area to sting. Lube can make sex a lot more pleasurable and less awkward, as it helps make everything fit a little more smoothly. Don’t ever overthink sex. Get to know your spouse and always, always ask questions about what feels good to them, and NEVER be afraid to voice what feels good to you. I’ve been married two years (I also got married in November!) and I have the best sex I’ve ever had with my husband, simply because we communicate about what feels good and what doesn’t. Good luck!

Think it depends on a lot. If your hymen is still intact or not. How much patience you have, your mental state. if you relax, chances of pain reduce. If your partner knows what they are doing or not. If you know what you are doing or not. (Yes you can educate yourself even when you are a virgin,  great christian sex books out there eg, intended for pleasure). And get help. Invest in a great lub just in case. And have everything you love when u imagine what making love should be like eg music, candles, anythingthat will help you get into the mood and remainin the mood or  relaxed. Every woman is different.  If it hurts, don't worry much, the next time it is easier. You have a lifetime of marriage to learn with eachother so how iy goes the first time is no death sentence. I hope it will be amazing but if it aint, it doesn't mean u can not have a great sex life. Just dont focus so much on the thought of how much it might hurt. And remember,  you must not do it on your wedding night. If you need more time, it is ok to wait. Especially since a wedding day can be so tiring.
