Infection in first trimister

Its my 8th week of pregnancy and i find that i have yeast infection in week 7 so i contact the doctor she wrote some ovral medicine and cream that was fine for me.... But yesterday this was happen again and now when i wakeup need to get pee feel that i have itching in my viginal area and a lot number of cotton cheese are flowing from there. Plzz tell me what should i do now i visited the doctor as soon as possible... But what is the reason of infection and how do i control it... Very worried about it
