How would i tell him if i am ?

So my husband was extremely upset when i got pregnant with our first baby. I feel i am be pregnant again, im too sick to go get a test, he is out of the country. The thought of being pregnant again makes me nauseous even thou i want another baby a little later not now. Im so nervous because of his last reaction. Has anyone gone through anything similar and what did you do?

Ive been very safe so i shouldn’t be pregnant but you never know 😭
