Do your wedding rings match

It’s tradition to have your wedding bands match. But I’m wondering how many people don’t follow that rule.

Nope! I wear a pretty gold diamond ring and he wears a silicone one that gets replaced regularly.

They’re both silver but that’s pretty much it. And that’s just because we both just prefer silver to gold. My husbands been wanting a black one though.

Mine is white gold and my husbands is yellow. Each looked better with our skin tones.

We each have a yellow gold, white gold and silicone set. That’s as far as our “matching” goes. I also have a rose gold set.

Ours don't match husband is tungsten lapris and mines white gold and rose gold

We custom designed our rings. (He designed engagement  solo, then after proposal,  we went to the same jewler and designed our bands together). They don't match match. But set is rose gold, and we wanted to wncoropate rose gold on his band too so that it's similar/sort of matches, but he didn't want a full rose gold ring, so his is white gold with rose gold, so our rings match enough to tell they "belong together", but not same ring designs.

My husband gave me an heirloom piece as my wedding ring and he has a silicon band for his. The ring I have is way too big for my twig fingers so he's printing one that he designed and sending it off to be cast in silver. He's still planning on wearing his plain silicon band though lol

They match in two ways. Both only cost us $25 and the second way they match is that neither of us wears them 🤣 We bought them because the courthouse required rings for whatever reason.

Our bands we got married with don’t even remotely match; mine was my great grandmother’s and his was his dad’s who passed away 20 years ago. Our silicone rings we wear daily are similar but not exactly the same (he has a thin red line and I have a Star of Life).
