Coul I possible be pregnant ?

Waiting to take some more test, I always feel like I see a vvfl. So long story short had the start of a miscarriage 8/22 stopped bleeding sept 3. Hcg level was at 90 at this point. Partner and I had sex the 6th of September. The 11th of November I had weird spotting(I’ll attach pictures) not sure if this was left over or possible implantation early? Now I feel I see a vvvvvvvvvfl but like I said I think I always do because I want it so bad. With the pregnancy I just lost I ovulated the 30th I felt implantation I believe the sharp pains and twinges in the 5/6th of august and by the 10 I have a faint positive on the first response and a decent positive with the cheap test by the 13th. Feedback is grateful appreciated, any kind. My body seems alll out of wack. PLUS I hav a lot of pimple and I never break out. This happened last month with pregnancy I just lost I had a lot of pimples. Not sure if it was coincidence. But have not had acne ever before not even as a teen.
