How many ounces of milk does your little one drink in a day?

Answer

A small sized 360 cup of milk 4 times a day. So probably 24-30oz. Sometimes we refill her milk if she’s still thirsty.

Since she started daycare, only about 10 oz per day. She doesn’t drink much when there, and then only a few ounces with dinner. On the weekends she drinks more like 16-19 ounces per day.

I don’t count anymore. On most days she will have about one cup. Our pediatrician says that after a year, there’s really no reason to be on formula or milk anymore unless they need the extra calories as they should be eating properly at the table already. My eldest was off milk by 12 months but my middle was a pain in the bum to wean (she was a pain in the bum with everything actually lol). I didn’t get her off the bottle until she was almost 18 months.
