I’m baffled 😔

So Last week 14th September I started getting discharge with a pink tinge.. the following day it turned to a light pink that was slightly heavier… by that evening it was red but still very light.. the following day I had a scan at the epu that showed baby there with a heartbeat and measuring 7+2 which was about right with my LMP. The bleeding carried on and has progressively got heavier.. on Sunday I had another scan (private) that showed baby was still high in my uterus with a heartbeat of 160bpm and measuring 8 weeks… yesterday and today my bleeding has got heavier.. it now drops in to the toilet (sorry tmi) it’s not just on the toilet paper anymore.. I have contacted my GP who has referred me back to the epu again (waiting for them to contact me) my GP is completely baffled as to what is going on as I’ve had 2 scans that show a healthy happy baby developing with no explanation for my bleeding yet my bleeding seems to be getting worse. Has anyone else had a similar thing happen?! I’ve had a whole week of going out of my mind with worry as to what is going on with my body and I can’t take anymore 😢 I’ll add some pics to show my bleeding changes. Look
