Back story: I had an ectopic pregnancy diagnosed at 8 weeks at my ultrasound on august 4th. I had laparoscopic surgery to remove its remaining tissue. It was outside of my Fallopian tube and behind my uterus. (Abdominal ectopic I guess?) I had a large mass (the ectopic) behind my uterus pushing on my colon. I had a lot of bleeding internally because my body had already absorbed the actual pregnancy and left behind tissue which caused bleeding.

Well I have been cleared to ttc and doc says I’m perfectly healthy. I tried this month but I’m not sure what I’m supposed to expect. I have had an aching pain on my left lower abdomen located near my incision area the last few days. It’s not consistent but it is an aching pain that almost feels like tearing. I’m 3 days post peak ovulation, not sure if that could be related. If anyone has had similar experiences or advice feel free to comment please!
