Burning pain (HELP)

So I’m 37 weeks pregnant, and I’ve been having this burning pain in my upper abdomen.. it even burns when I touch that part of my body.. I’ve went to the ER already for it this week.. but they said some blood work came back a little high but it was normal for pregnancy I guess.. idk I’m just in a lot of pain.. it comes and goes.. but baby is just fine.. idk maybe he’s pressing on something?? Has this happened to anyone else before and any idea what it may be?
