What’s the average percentage for tipping out bartenders if they’re making drinks for the servers, is also the manager, and occasionally taking tables? This place has always been 1% overall net sales. Now they wanna change it to 2% out of season and 4% in season. So if I ring in $1,000 the bartender gets $20 (2%) a night. I’ve never heard of 4%!
