What’s wrong?

So I have a doctors appointment set up for Wednesday of next week before anyone tells me to do that. But I want to know if anyone else has been through this. Recently, last week or so after sex I have had blood in the discharge after sex. I had sex 2 days ago and I had blood after sex and then now today day 2 I’m having pink discharge. I was suppose to start my period 23rd but didn’t. I took a test not pregnant. So could I have cervical cancer ? Is this one of the first signs you had? Bleeding after sex and only after sex not starting your period or anything? I’m really freaking out and upset.
