Anaemic after birth

Sarah. • 3.5 years +ttc . Started IVF uk dec 2019. Failed FET July 2020. Succussfuk FeT October 2020 . Pregnant with 1st baby boy 🥰

So we are 13 weeks since birth ( c section and haemorrhage of 1400mls) I have been on ferrous sulphate 322mg twice a day since the birth.

Anyone else anaemic after giving birth ?
