TTC with Letrozole for the first time

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 3yrs now. We finally had our big appointment with our fertilitist last Thursday! I was diagnosed with PCOS (insuline resistance). Ive had 4 miscarriages but I have 3 kiddos before my body changed. So long story short my doctor wants to start me on northidrom or however you spell it the (mini pill) then CD 3 I believe I'll start letrozole then if there's a good follicle later into the cycle we will do the trigger shot. Has anyone in this group started a mini pill before letrozole? If so does it help? Also im suppose to start my (red rain) this weekend so I'll start the mini pill when that start's. Does anyone have successful stories of letrozole/trigger shot if so share your story in comments I'd love to hear them!!🧡🧡
