TEXTING

I'm 19 he's 26, He's a busy man but I noticed when we hangout or when I spend the night and he's going to bed he's usually on his phone texting some people I don't know who though since his language is Arabic, anyway I noticed he rarely texts well I mean at the beginning he texted a lot but nowadays he rarely shoots a message only when making plans. His actions shows that he cares tho and he's super protective and kind of jealous type. Should I say something abt his texting or is this normal for his age? I do notice that he watches a lot of videos too on facebook. However, at night he's mostly on his phone but during the day when we're out he gives me all his attention.
