Family doesn’t invite us to family functions

My family doesn’t invite us to any family functions (Birthdays, baby showers, BBQ, etc.) When my husband and I come around we’re always engaged with others but just don’t know what it could be…. I’ve even been told “I think I’m too good” by a long distance “cousin”… Like wtf??? Because of how I carry myself?? 😐idk??

Will I be wrong to only invite my immediate family to our “future baby shower”(not pregnant yet)…??

None of them have ever came to visit our home since we moved a year ago; but they attended a “surprise” house warming our parents had for us.

Oh!!! to top it off, NO ONE in my family attended my bridal shower that was 5+ years ago!!! Thoughts????
