Weight loss Plateaus

Hi!

I started last January 2021 at 240, and since then I’ve worked out 4-6x a week (mix of cardio & strength training). Recently I was at a stand still of weight loss from about June to July I went up and down 207-204 and finally overcame that plateau and now am 195 and going up and down between 191-196 again. For anyone on weight loss journeys, how many plateaus did you encounter? I’ve been in a calorie deficit since January (days range from 1400-1900) so just would love some of everyone’s experiences or advice to get over this one! If this is also normal, would love to know :))
