Is 114 or 159 blood sugar bad?

I never had problems with my blood sugar but lately I think it might be dropping. 
When I wait too long to eat I start getting palps, my lips get numb, and I just overall feel really bad. I also feel something weird in my head?? Like when the heart kinda skips a beat except it feels like my brain died for a few seconds???
Today I decided to check my blood sugar but this was after I had already ate. 
Is this bad? Does anyone know? My doctors appointment isn’t til Wednesday and since I have severe anxiety (specially health anxiety) I’ve been debating going to the ER because I’m scared I might die...

159 is high (but not high enough for the ER). 114 is normal. You are not dying, but you do need to make an appointment with an Endocrinologist or other doctor with experience treating diabetic patients. They will run your blood work, diagnose you, and treat your symptoms.

Yeah when you’re waiting too long to eat your blood sugar could be dropping. Those symptoms are slightly concerning, I’d say call your doctor first thing in the morning and ask to move your Appt up. 
You should check your blood sugar about 30 minutes BEFORE  you eat. 
Please make sure you are eating 3 meals a day and snacks in between, if you are diabetic.
