Maternity leave start date
What happens if you use holidays before mat leave starts and then give birth whilst on annual leave as opposed to mat leave. Do the holidays get added onto the end? I am wondering when to start mat leave, I want to wait as close as possible to the due date and use my holidays in the run up.
