How to beat fatigue?
I went from being an insomniac that sometimes got 2 hours of sleep a day to 18+ hours a day sleeper. I cannot stay awake! I'm always wanting to lay and bed and relax. (Which always knocks me out for some hours. ESPECIALLY if I have a cat friend wanting cuddles) My husband is constantly waking me up after 5 or so hours to get me to eat and make sure I'm ok 😂
How the heck do I stay awake? What are some things I can do?
