weight loss

Areebah

I’m 16 and I got diagnosed with PCOS late last year or the start of this year (can’t remember). It took a while for me to get diagnosed.

Anyway, I’ve been “clinically” overweight all my life (usually only by a 5-10kg, I’m currently around 70kg and I wear a size M (10/12)). When I got diagnosed, the doctor told me one of the only things that’ll help is losing weight. She didn’t even tell me that PCOS causes weight gain and it’s hard to lose weight (good thing I already knew that). The unprofessionalism!!!

Thankfully for me, it’s quite quick and easy to lose weight. The hard part is keeping it off or sticking to the exercise and healthy eating. Does anyone have any tips on how to keep weight off?
