Letrozole without Trigger

Just looking for some encouragement. Has anyone had success with Letrozole without the trigger shot? My insurance didn’t cover the shot and I don’t really want to pay for it out of pocket since I ovulate on my own. Any advice will help! Thank you in advance ✨✨✨
