Possible miscarriage

So I have been late for two weeks, I have pcos so nothing that is too out of pocket. Well I have had really tender breasts, waves of nausea, and slight cramping. Me thinking I may get my period but still have not. Well last night I took a test and got a very faint positive, a few hours later I took another one and yet again another faint one. Hours after the last one deep red blood started. Well in the morning I changed my pad and took a shower and now I looked and there was one tiny little spot of blood. So I bled and then stopped it looks like. I’m going to see if I had a miscarriage but was wondering if any of you have any ideas or suggestions.

My husband and I have been trying for almost 6 years so hoping it was just “normal” early bleeding but also really worried.
