Struggling with naps?

My son went from 3 naps, all around 1.5-2 hours long... to refusing to take a nap longer than 30 minutes the past 4 days. 🥴 someone tell me this won’t last. 😅 sleep regression maybe? He’s not a needy baby, but has been SOO needy lately!

Similar situation with my daughter … lucky if she naps for 20 minutes here ans there. Plus she wants to be held STANDING up only lol

We're lucky if our little one sleeps for 45 minutes at a time during the day (unless we're driving) then he'll be up for 2-3 hours inbetween lol. Thankfully, he sleeps about 10-12 hours straight at night!

It could be the 4 month sleep regression if he’s struggling at night too! 
My only piece of advice is to try to rock baby back to sleep after they wake up. About half the time I can get my daughter to go back to sleep for another 30ish minutes

Exactly this for the past three or so weeks - have JUST started to see longer naps again (typically one solid 1.5 hour nap and two other shorter ones). Must be a phase? It was around the time Wonder Weeks said he’d be particularly fussy, but he was also sick so it was a real doozy. Hope it ends for you soon!
