Fibroids Removed, Still not Conceived

Hey Ladies,

I need some advice and tips to help me through.

I had my fibroids removed in February of this year. My doctor thought there were three but it turned out to be six. Fast forward to now, my husband and i have been trying since April, and nothing yet. I even lost 25lbs (mostly from the surgery). What do you ladies think i should do next. Should have have my levels and blood tested? I suffer from really bad sleep issues so i usually take an over the counter sleep aid or prescribed sleep aid when it’s really bad. Do y’all think that has something to do with it?
