Which Vaccine did you choose and why??

Im not anti vaccine, I’m actually hoping to feel confident in 1 of the 3 available vaccines and get vaccinated as I had a bad dream about it last night…
Im just afraid (some will say misinformed) about the possibility of long term effects. I don’t like taking medicines. 
If I should choose one of the 3 vaccines available, which one should I take?? 
This is me doing my research.

I had the same problem, I did not want this vaccine at all! I was completely against it and wanted to wait to see if any long term side effects started to show in people but I had to get mine done otherwise I would’ve lost my job.. I ended up getting Pfizer and was freaking out so bad! But I had no symptoms at all, only a sore arm! I actually felt great the next day lol now that I’ve had my first dose I’m not that scared anymore, I would highly recommend Pfizer

I got Moderna which was available to me.  I had a sore arm after the first dose and a sore arm and a little extra fatigue the day after the second.  No other side effects.

I’ve gotten both Moderna vaccines and had no problems. I’ve had anaphylaxis twice in the past, I was only allergy shots multiple times per week for years in college and I hate medication/rarely take any. Covid has not been kind to pregnant women and their growing babies. A friend is pregnant with triplets and got both Moderna vaccines and is doing great. She was around 5-6 weeks when she got the first shot. The decision is ultimately yours but maybe check out organizations such as ACOG and family medicine journals to get accurate data in order to make an informed decision.

My husband, sister, brother, SIL, and most friends got Pfizer. 
My mum, dad, a few friends, and I got Astra Zeneca. 
Mum and dad are over 60 so they didn't have a choice - they were only offered AZ.
My husband and I live in a capital city where there was an explosion of cases. We got vaxxed around the same time. Because he's over 40 he was eligible for Pfizer immediately but the waiting list for me was 3 months - so I got AZ through my GP. A number of my nearby friends below 40 did the same thing. Better to get vaxxed with something than nothing. 
My siblings live in the country so as soon as Pfizer was available for under 40s they got in without a waiting list. 
My SIL got the vax while breast feeding - no side effects. 
I got the vax while TTC and fell pregnant between the two doses.
Try not to be scared. It's for your safety and the safety of those around you.

By no means is what I’m about to say scientifically backed or anything but I will say this. When my friends and I had a covid outbreak amongst ourselves this is who had what and how they reacted 
Johnson and Johnson : no symptoms negative covid tests 
Moderna : one person had mild symptoms and positive test, one person had slightly more intense symptoms and positive test 
Pfizer : no symptoms negative test 
Unvaccinated : most severe symptoms that lasted 2 weeks longer and breathing issues that lingered after. 
Hopefully this is a little helpful, you can still definitely catch covid with the vaccine and the day or two after the vaccine feels a little crappy but imo it’s worth it to not end up hospitalized 🤷🏽‍♀️

I got Pfizer, and will choose Pfizer for when my son is eligible for it. If long term effects are tour main concern, there is so much info on this. Vaccines cause an immune response and that’s it. They don’t change anything about your body like medications do, thus they have no long term effects like medications. Any “long-term” effect will show itself within 60 days of the shot. We have had a year’s worth of info on the millions of doses that have been given.

I got Pfizer along with multiple family members, I’m the only one who had a reaction and it was to the second dose. It lasted not even 24 hours. 
My husband and in-laws all got Moderna and my husband was the only one who got a reaction and it was from the first dose. 
No effects lingering that we know of.

I got what was available to me, which was Pfizer. My husband also got Pfizer. My son is getting his first dose on his birthday, tomorrow. I’m also getting my 3rd booster tomorrow. All Pfizer. No issues whatsoever.
