Could I be pregnant ?

I have a 4 month old who I exclusively breast feed but I do not exclusively nurse. Sometimes she drinks from bottles.

I got what seemed like my first period back at 6 weeks pp ( I bled for a few days but less than normal ). I have light spotting instead of a full on period now each month.

We did the deed during my fertile window ( or at least what my tracker said was my fertile window ) but it’s been wonky with not getting an actual menestral cycle.

After having sex and the next day I had light spotting and a little cramping almost like my period was starting but it didn’t.

We aren’t trying to get pregnant right now but also not trying to avoid it.

Does it sound like I could have gotten pregnant?
