Excess saliva and cavity

37 almost 38 weeks and I’m having a lot of saliva like the kind you have before you’re going to throw up. Anyone else experience this? I also have a cavity. It’s been hurting lately. It held off the whole pregnancy until 2 weeks before delivery 😒
