Plan b

So I had unprotected sex with my husband and it happened to be my ovulation time. I took plan b within 24 hrs. Actually had to take two as the first pill made me sick. Then we did the same thing that night 🤦‍♀️ now since you can take it up to three days after unprotected sex that should mean that I would be fine right? Also anyone ever had plan b not work? I took the second pill and had no side effects at all no cramps no fatigue no nothing. What is the likely hood that it failed.

Edit to add: I talked to my doctor before even taking the pill as it was my first time ever taking it. She told me signs to look for in case I had a bad reaction. I consulted her again when I did and she said it was fine to take a second. I can’t do a birth control as my doctor wants my body to rest and explained what exactly the pill was. I was just curious as to what some have experienced after the pill and if they did have a baby.
